Public Awareness (There should be a new way to do it using modern day technology)

Traditionally, public awareness is done via the following methods or campaigns:
1. Traditional Media (TV, Radio and Newspaper)
2. Billboards
3. Newsletters
4. Gatherings
5. and the like...

Problem:
Time-base or not real-time. Therefore, public awareness is not 100% effective especially in times of emergency or an outbreak. ie. COVID19.

Suggestion: Since the new generation is now tech savvy, we need to utilize technology to create new ways to present public awareness programs that will be palatable to every citizen.
If we can come up with an application that is based on machine learning and will utilize mobile camera, that can be a powerful tool that will bring the public awareness program to the next level.

Mechanics:
Government will just provide two things:
1. Images that will be disseminated to the citizens.
2. A video that contains their message for the public to be aware of.

How doe it work:
Agencies will just give or circulate images (ie. Agency logos, images about Covid etc.) to the public that everyone can scan.
Public will use a camera application to scan the images that government agencies provided and a certain video or content will be played.

Once the individual scans the images, there will be a big data that is being collected to measure the effectivity of the government’s campaign on specific issues like COVID19.

Value:
Having this new method or program for public awareness, we can make sure that the government is doing the right thing in giving the public the message that is vital for their safety and competence on the subject matter.

Example:
Solution: 8layer/Mulat RealView
Demo:

OTHERS:
1.Smart Checkpoint or Quarantine and Monitoring Tools
2.Smart Medical Frontliner Monitoring Tools
3.Consumer protection related to COVID19
4.Inventory of Medical and Basic needs per Area (Brgy)
5.Hospital Needs
6.Search Tool ng mga Valids workers para mabilis ang checkpoint
