User Stories :

DOH/ Command Center:

1.  DOH should be able to upload the existing data of PUI/PUM with the start date of their quarantine period.

Data Fields – Person# , Nationality, Age, Place of Resident/Quarantine, Gender, Start Date of Quarantine, Triage

2. DOH should be able to view a map where all the PUI/PUM(s) are pinned.  He should be able to monitor any movements made by the PUI/PUM.

3. There should be an alert to the DOH whenever a PUI/PUM moves beyond the allowable movement in his/her quarantine area.

4.  DOH should be able to see the reports of total PUM/PUIs per area, barangay and dashboard of all the quarantined cases.

5.  DOH should be able to tag or change the status of a citizen into PUI, PUM cases and set the date of the quarantine period.

Citizens:

1. Any public should be able to register and install the app and the status of user default to Normal.

2.  Registered user should be able to view the map of the PUM/PUI cases.

3.  User gets alerted whenever he/she gets near 100m radius of any PUI/PUM location.

4.   Any user with PUM/PUI status should be sending its GPS location every 5 seconds to the command center.

5.   The under quarantined status of the PUI/PUM will be lifted once the quarantine period is over.

6.    User should be able to submit incidents of Covid related cases – COVID Symptoms, Hording, Over-Pricing

7.  User should be able to receive announcements from DOH on the app.

8.  PUI/PUM will be notified once quarantine period ended.
