VMware and Fedora 7

Eto yung munting guide na ginawa ko just in case may gustong mag install ng VMware workstation
using fedora 7 (eto kasi yung OS na gamit ko eh)

Eto yung mga kailangan:

yum install gcc gcc-c++ kernel-devel

para sa kinalalalagyan ng kernel headers (i check ito usiong this command)

ls -d /usr/src/kernels/$(uname -r)*/include

http://www.vmware.com/download/ws/

cp /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl.meric

i-Patch "vmware-config.pl"

cd /usr/local/src/
wget http://platan.vc.cvut.cz/ftp/pub/vmware/vmware-any-any-update113.tar.gz
tar zxvf vmware-any-any-update113.tar.gz
cd vmware-any-any-update113/
./runme.pl

pag tinanong ka sa pag rum mo ng rumme.pl script if you want to run wmrare-config.pl i "YES" mo lang.
