Life-changing Experience

It was nice to meet and support hikers and volunteers to help our Kababayang Dumagat in Sitio Kanlusing, Puray, Rizal. The 5 to 6 hour trek to reach the area gives you a sense of purpose and excitement. It’s a fun and delightful journey. The scenery is eye candy, and the air is so fresh that it will make you forget life in the city. 

Every moment in Sitio with our Kababayang Dumagat is still vivid: the games, the music, the mini-dam that we created to give them a new source of clean water, the Christmas caroling, and even the prayers that we offered in every house to make it safe, happy, and contented. I can really say that helping others makes you feel good. You’ll create stronger friendships with them, and you become a glass-half-full type of person. The positive impact is in the air. 

 I personally give special thanks to the volunteers and advocates for making this project possible. This initiative makes Sitio Kanlusong a happier place to live in. This activity and serving others is indeed contagious and a life-changing experience.

Uso pa ba ang contact tracing at case investigation system? *Hanggang umpisa lang tayo eh..porma lang. Yung mga info na nakolekta sa atin eh nagamit na para bentahan tayo at itext ng kung-ano ano. (iling nalang muna tayo, may araw din kayo!)

Ang laking bagay sana kung may working version tayo nito. Lalo ngayon, na dumadami ang cases. Lalo ngayon at uso na ang pangangampanya ,Madaming mga tao ang nasa labas at naghahawaan , maraming tao ang dumidiskarte nalang para mabuhay sa kabila ng tuloy-tuloy na pagtaas pa ang bilang ng mga kaso ng COVID sa bansa. Patay kung patay, Matira ang matibay.

Madalas-dalas ko ding nabibigkas ito kay Sophia Quin-Mara, Paano kung walang Technology? Paano? mapagwawagian ba ng tao ang COVID? Paano masosolve ng mabilis ang Vaccines? Marahil ubos na ang tao sa Mundo. Ang ganda kasi talaga kung pagaganahin ng tama ang teknolohoya, Malaking bagay ito sa automation. sa supply chain atbp. Etong naidulot lang ng mga digital payment at online stores, saludo na ako eh, darating nalang sa pinto ang produktong gusto mo.. pero kung pupunahin mo, madalas inisyatibo ito ng mga private entities, ng mga mayayaman. idagdag pa natin dyan yung nasa remote lang ang lahat ngayon at nagiging epektibo na sa pag-gawa...work from home etc.. nasanay na ang mga tao dyan. Iba talaga ang Teknolohiya.

Mas nararamdaman ko lang kasi na parang "way of life" ng mga private entities yung mga ginagawa nila kaya napag-huhusayan. Madami din namang sabit na proyekto ng private at gobyerno lalo't may kinalaman sa Pandemic kasi ang "kurapsyon"ang pinaghuhusayan, Hindi kasi nila ito "way of life" lalo't walang tongpats. Kawawa ang mga pagtataya ng buhay ng mga Frontliners natin. parang ganun ganun nalang. (Salamat pa din ako sa inyo at sa mga kaibigan natin nasa gobyerno na may tunay na dedikasyon sa pag-gawa) Kaya bawat nawawala nating mahal sa buhay, Sorry nalang. *Nakakasama mang isipin, sa Pinas, ganun talaga. Wala pang harmony sa iba't ibang sangay ng lipunan kaya walang epektibong paraan para sa pag-unlad,

At the very start of the day, I prayed for all of us to be safe, as it was already Year 3 that we are figthing for COVID. Hopefully, none from our family will be affected by the increasing cases of this virus.

Imagine, Inter-Agency Task Force will put Metro Manila under Alert Level 3 from Jan. 3 to 15, 2022. This Cha-cha of alerts indicates that we have a very incompetent goverment handling the pandemic response. Most of them are busy in this coming election while many of our kababayan are dying.

Matira matibay tayo!

In line with this, I personally want to call your attention to help each other, increase the charitable giving to respond to the needs of our community, our country. Tayo tayo nalang ang pwedeng magtulungan.

I’m turning 45

Time flies so fast. In a few minutes, I’m turning 45. It’s my birthday! I want to take this opportunity to look back on the abundant blessings that was given to me this year.

Thank you, God, for being with us and continuing to amaze us when we needed you the most despite the challenging year we had. There are a lot of new friends and new opportunities. Just recently, I had a good talk with my father. We’re now okay, and I hope to bond with him this year to enjoy life. My mom is still alive and fighting. We are so blessed as our prayers for her were granted by God almighty.

My mentors were always there behind me when I needed them most, and I have a beautiful and supportive family just seeing them happy and contented, my heart melts. I’m truly blessed.

Despite the pandemic and some flawed decisions, I will always treasure these memories. Ika nga, lesson learned.

Mas maayos tayo sa 2022. Will accentuate the positive things to attract more opportunities for us. I will always do my best to believe that more will come for us. I will continue to sharpen myself to be good for others, to be a service-oriented human being. I always feel better when I share. Sharing is caring!

Ang bigat naman nito. Nabawasan na naman kami sa Pamilya. Paalam tita Nene!

Si Tita Nene ang bunsong babae na tita ko sa “Father side”. Matapang, Malakas ang loob at mapagmahal na ina (Tita sa amin). Mapagmahal at supportive iyan sa kanyang mga kapatid, kitang kita ko yan sa Tatay ko at kay Tita Auring. Isang tawag lang at nandyan na ang tulong nya. Nasa Amerika sya ngayon at dun na nanirahan, dun na din tinawag sa kanyang huling oras.

Syempre mabigat sa Pamilya, ayaw papigil ang pagdaloy ng luha ng pag-ibig. Mahirap man tangapin, tayo’y tinuruan ng pang-unawa sa mga ganitong sitwasyon. Tao lang! Nagmamahal!

Sa aking mga Magulang, mga Tito at Tita, mga Pinsan, at mga kaanak,

Mahigpit na yakap! Tayo’y mag aalay ng panalangin at mag-gugunita sa kanyang mga magagandang ala-ala. mananatiling buhay sa ating puso at isipan si Tita Nene.
