Think about an archipelago like the Philippines now in a pandemic. What medium is the best so that seven thousand plus islands can communicate with each other without disruption? How can our islands especially under third to sixth municipality be ahead in education? How can they prepare in advance and be safe in times of disaster and emergency? Can they get an easy and sound support from our government in a timely manner?
