One Country 100

As the country is still fighting the rampant spread of Covid-19 virus, proper monitoring and strict quarantine of the PUI/PUMs is a must.  DOH and the public should have a tool that will allow them to view the areas with PUI/PUM to keep proper distancing and apprehend the under quarantined person that breaks the rules of self isolation.

OneCountry 100 is created to aid DOH monitor quarantined Covid-19 PUI/PUMs of their movements as well as to alert the general public in keeping the distance off the PUI/PUMs. The tool will be comprised of a mobile app for PUI/PUMs and the ordinary citizens and a web application for the Command Center of DOH. The mobile app functions as a GPS tracker for the PUI/PUMs while for others, it functions as the alert and visual tool for the places with PUI/PUMs.

Once a person is identified by the DOH as PUI/PUM, the GPS tracker will be activated and the place of quarantine is pinned for the person.  Monitoring is done in the Command Center through a realtime map of all the PUI/PUMs.  If a movement is detected beyond the allowable distance, a ticket is automatically created and DOH can send warnings/apprehensions to the violating PUI/PUM.

The OneCountry 100  mobile app can be used by ordinary citizens to see the places where the PUM/PUIs are.  Likewise, it can be used to submit incidents of crimes, hoarding, or any covid related cases where the Command Center will be responding and will be assigning them to the corresponding government agencies.

On the command center, the history and places visited by the PUI/PUMs are recorded.  The map for tracking the PUI/PUMs will be showing the movements of the PUI/PUMs the moment they move from the quarantine area.

Dashboards and reports will be available realtime for easy monitoring and contract tracing.  Additionally, there is a data visualization with a facility for cluster filtering which allows a better and enhanced representation of the cases and makes narrowing down of the data groups easier.

To ensure the data privacy of the PUI/PUMs and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act, data are encrypted in the database and all the vulnerabilities and security of the system are properly tested.
